Hathaway at Dempsey Hill is a beautiful and invigorating restaurant where you can relish the comforting flavours of the region. Like the name, our menu seeks to capture the context of our time and place through the lens of Southeast Asian flavours and crossroads.
We are here to celebrate the incredibly delicious and interconnected region that is our archipelago, with a shared cuisine formed by centuries of interactions between the peoples and ingredients of our lands.
From robust smokey-sour sinigang, to piquant langoustine chae nam pla, to just plain moreish heirloom recipe fish curry and fork-tender beef rawon, you'll be amazed at how vibrant and harmonious the flavours of our region are.
And can we say, it'll be awesome to pair all this deliciousness with our *chef's kiss* single estate wines from our friends at Khao Yai, Thailand. Or if you can't, which is totally fine, then have it with our super low abv lovingly homemade grape kombuchas and lychee ales.
We support the stories, farmers, and producers of our region, and we believe there is so much more our vibrant and tasty archipelago has to offer the world. The world is only just discovering us.
